DEPUTY HEAD OF PRODUCTION

Supporting the Head of Production in the management of the Production Department ensuring a robust production planning and delivery process is followed for all the production output of Dundee Rep and Scottish Dance Theatre.  This includes Dundee Rep Ensemble productions, Scottish Dance Theatre, Creative Learning & Engagement, visiting companies and commercial activity.

We are looking for a candidate of exceptional calibre to assist in creating an environment where world-class production output is created for local, national and international audiences.

The role involves assisting in leading the largest department of the Organisation and helping to manage multiple complex projects on time and on budget.

You will have proven skill in helping to design and implement production processes with attention to detail and quality, and the leadership ability to encourage others to deliver the same.

The Deputy Head of Production is line managed by the Head of Production.

Visitor Experience Supervisor

Dundee Rep and Scottish Dance Theatre is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic and helpful person to join our Operations Team. 

As Visitor Experience Supervisor you will supervise the team who are the first contact for visitors throughout the public area of the building.  In this role you will supervisor visitor services assistants working across box office and front of house.  You will provide daily briefings ensuring staff welcome visitors, direct visitors to their seats, answer any queries that arise, provide programme information, sell tickets, and ensure that all visitors have an excellent experience. You should be friendly and confident, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  Shifts are arranged around our programme and the role will require regular evening and weekend work.
