IOSH managing safely

This 3 day course is designed for managers and supervisors and no prior experience is required. 

Covering:

Elementary food hygiene

This course is an introduction to health & safety for all food handlers, no previous experience in necessary.

  • Cleaning practices
  • HACCP

What to expect from this course?

At the end of this course, you will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the reasons for food poisoning and contamination and how to prevent them.

Personal licence training

This course is suitable for managers and supervisors looking to sell alcohol on behalf of your organisation. 

Scottish certificate for personal licence holders (SCPLH)

Covering:

What to expect from this course?
At the end of this course, you will be able to understand the Scottish licensing regulations. Once you become a personal licence holder, you will be allowed to sell alcohol on behalf of your organisation and to carry out day to day responsibilities for running the premises.

Carbon literacy training

Carbon Literacy training gives people the tools to take meaningful climate action. This certified course combines science, policy, and practical solutions - turning climate concern into climate competence

  • Climate policy, justice and responsibility
  • Awareness of carbon emissions
