Taqi is an actor, playwright, presenter and voice over artist.
He wrote and performed in two sell-out theatre shows; Rishta; An arranged marriage comedy and Jinnistan: A South-Asian supernatural horror story.
Taqi’s work can be seen on iPlayer and ITVX in crime dramas - ANNIKA, Shetland, The Control Room, SIX-FOUR and most notably as a guest lead in the special, format-breaking Casualty episode “How to Save a Life” celebrating 75 years of the NHS.
Currently Taqi voices the character of crazed Artificer ‘Eisen Iyer’ in the hit Cyber Punk series ‘The Kingmaker Podcast’.
