Cate is Head of Costume at Dundee Rep & Scottish Dance Theatre, having worked as a costume maker and supervisor in costume departments across the UK and as a Costume Tutor at RCS. She has costumed shows such as The Steamie and Dracula, musicals including Cabaret and Copacabana and operas including Cendrillon and Gianni Schicchi.

She has designed costume for shows including Far From The Madding Crowd, Lysistrata, Midsummer Night’s Dream, Last Days of Judas Iscariot as well as Dundee Rep’s tours The Resistable Rise of Arturo Ui, The 39 Steps and A-Z of Dundee and Rep Engage’s Ash Girl.
