Anna trained at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and The Dance School of Scotland.

Anna won a CATS award for Best Female Performance for The Panopticon in 2020. She starred in a short film called The Shift which has went on to win multiple awards including Best Actress at the Shortez Guimareas Film Festival. This year she received a commended at the Ian Charleson Awards for her performance in Life Is A Dream.
Other Awards include; Duncan MacRae Memorial Award for Scots Language 2016, and Arnold Fleming Scholarship 2016.
