The Kitchen Assistant will support the smooth and efficient running of the Dundee Rep Restaurant and café during the busy festive period.

Your key areas of responsibility as Kitchen Assistant will be:

• Assist the kitchen team with basic food preparation, including washing, peeling, chopping and portioning ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organised kitchen and food preparation area.
• Comply with food hygiene legislation, allergen-management procedures and the organisation’s food safety policies.
• Support the kitchen team in delivering a welcoming, efficient and high-quality catering service to customers, visitors, performers and staff.
