Dundee Rep Theatre and Solar Bear, in collaboration with Aberdeen Performing Arts, are seeking an experienced Company Stage Manager (on Book) for our upcoming production of The Singer.

Due to a change in circumstances, we are recruiting for this exciting opportunity to join a dynamic creative team on a major new Scottish production. Directed by Cora Bissett, The Singer is a bold, new, thrilling piece of gig-theatre, featuring music and lyrics by Grammy Award-nominated KT Tunstall. The Singer is a powerful story of music, identity and connection, and the fight for a deaf artist to be truly seen and heard.

Production information:

• The Singer has a cast of 4 and will be performed in both Spoken English and British Sign Language
• This is an Equity/UK Theatre contract
• Rehearsals start in Glasgow: Monday 29th June 2026
• Previews at Dundee Rep Theatre: Wed 29th – Fri 31st July 2026
• Performances as part of TravFest26: Tue 4th Aug – Sunday 30th Aug 2026
• End of contract: TBC but no later than Saturday 26th September 2026
