SINDER is an original film created in parks and coffee shops, on walks, over zoom, sitting in gardens and greenhouses, on front steps and on benches.
In conversation with women across the city of Dundee, we share their own unique and personal experiences and explore the impact of a global pandemic on local lives. Sometimes funny, sometimes heartbreaking and presented through spoken word, song and portrait; the film weaves together fragments of these reflections in an attempt to capture this unique moment in time as a moment of 'her-story'.
Led by Jess Thorpe and Tashi Gore and created by Kim Beveridge, Molly Taylor, Debbie Campbell, Amanda Lowson, Alice Marra, Ann Louise Ross, Irene Macdougall and Emily Winter with contributions from over 30 women from across Dundee.
SINDER is part of our Rep Studios double bill with Every Map Has A Scale (Chapter 2).
